CRÉAHM

Since a few years, enthusiasm for the so-called extraordinary creation (raw art, special art, marginal art, outsider art, etc.) has put the artistic practices within the workshop in the spotlight. The peculiar framework of the workshops and their multiple ways of working lie at the origin of an intense production and an extreme wealth.

The works of the artists working in the workshops of Créahm (Création et Handicap Mental) are now fully recognized. The workshop is a framework, a multidisciplinary system of links and influences that intertwine between the artist and the animator, between the artists themselves but also between the artist and the educational team. It is a context of a unique creation that lies at the origin of an artistic production of a large singularity where the collective and individual dimensions are interlaced.

The purpose of the Créahm association is to explore and distribute these plastic, theatrical, choreographic and musical creations. The issue of integration, ubiquitous in the current political and economic context, is central to the objective of the association.
